Ever since the Indian government announced a ban on 59 Chinese applications, including TikTok, everyone on the internet is urging people to switch to desi. This also includes Bollywood celebrities. From a very long time, we are coming across stars promoting Indian brands to spread awareness. Salman Khan's Veer co-star Zareen Khan was the latest one to do so, but little did she know that she would end up trending on Twitter for the very same reason? While many are lauding the actress, others just need a reason to make memes.

In a video shared by Zareen, she could be seen talking about travel companies. The actress revealed how most of them in India are funded by foreign companies, while also highlighting the losses that Indian-based travel companies face. The actress estimates it to be around seven lac crore.
